We only send parcels to the Card Holder’s Address that is given when the order is placed with Aprodite Fine Jewellery. Orders from our  online jewellery shops, are securely packed, we have our address label on the back of each parcel,we only send parcels by Special Delivery which requires a signature, please make sure that there is someone available to accept your parcel, if not a card will be left for you by your Post Person for you to take to your local Royal Mail sorting office for your collection.Please make sure that you collect the parcel within 3 days as it will be sent back to us and the customer will be responsible for the return postage costs,we will email the customer with the date your parcel will be sent, so please let us know if the date we give is not convenient. SECURITY In the event of having to send back a product from our online jewellery shops, please do not add 'Fine Jewellery' on the address label, we have left that out for security reasons, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in the post.We do check to make sure that all parcels have arrived at their destination by checking the postal reference number on the Royal Mail internet site.All parcels sent within the uk by Royal Mail Special Delivery only.Please see below for postage costs.
